A Journey down the Devils River

The Devils river is often REFERRED to as one of the last REMAINING “Wild” rivers in Texas. With its crystal clear spring water and its tree lined banks, we invite you to explore a true west texas gem. Unlike the Rio Grande the devils river is a narrow, shallow river with lots of great rapids and beautiful pools for swimming and fishing. The river ITSELF can be an oasis in the hot west Texas summers. The fishing is some of the best in Texas, bass and giant Carp are often found in great numbers along this trip. sight casting for these just can’t be beat. We offer two different trip options on the devils. We have a 4 day paddle trip that covers 33 miles and a prime fishing trip that covers 23 miles.
